Vintage Characteristics » A rainy winter and spring with below-average temperatures caused a delay of about 10 days in the bud brak. The rainy season lasted until the end of June, followed by an extremely dry period that lasted through the end of September.
Vinification » This wine was produced with a majority of Garnacha grapes, complemented by Tempranillo and Merlot which serve to balance the blend. After to 12 hours of maceration at maximum temperatura of 16 C, the must is bled off. The wine then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks in order to achieve a maximum expression of the fruity and floral characteristics.
